2.1 The minimum age to hold a ph11t account and participate in any real-money gaming activity is 21 years, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. ph11t strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification ("KYC") procedures.
2.2 ph11t reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. 2.3 The following persons are not eligible to hold a ph11t account:

3.1 Each player may register one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. ph11t will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify ph11t immediately at support [at] ph11t.org if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 ph11t implements two-factor authentication (OTP via SMS) for logins from unrecognised devices. You are advised to enable this feature and to keep your registered mobile number up to date in your account profile.
4.1 ph11t accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, Credit Card, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method and account tier.

4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. In all cases, the withdrawal must be made to an account registered in the same name as the ph11t account holder. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
4.4 Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within an average of 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Withdrawal requests submitted on Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
4.5 ph11t may delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, anti-money laundering ("AML") review, or bonus wagering requirement compliance. Players will be notified via email or live chat if additional documentation is required.
4.6 ph11t complies with all applicable Philippine AML laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and PAGCOR AML guidelines. Suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

9.2 Upon termination for breach, any balance in the account (including bonus and cash balance) may be forfeited at ph11t's discretion. Where termination is initiated by ph11t without player fault, the cash balance (excluding uncleared bonus credits) will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method.
9.3 Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting live chat support. Closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Any eligible cash balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method before closure is finalised.
10.1 All content on ph11t.org, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and website design, is the property of ph11t Casino or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.
10.2 No content from the ph11t platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ph11t Casino. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph11t Casino shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds resulting from a player's gambling activity; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform; (c) losses caused by circumstances beyond ph11t's reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider failures.
11.2 ph11t's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of the player's cash balance at the time of the incident, excluding bonus credits.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ph11t's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 ph11t collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the ph11t platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 ph11t may share player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, and other competent Philippine authorities as required by law.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
13.2 Before initiating formal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact ph11t's support team to attempt informal resolution. ph11t will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
13.3 Disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as provided for under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
14.1 ph11t reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Continued use of the ph11t platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.
