10.2 ph11t will respond to all data subject requests within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt. Where the request is complex or voluminous, ph11t may extend this period by a further 15 days, with written notice to the requesting party. Identity verification is required before any data subject request is processed.
11.1 ph11t does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The ph11t platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above in accordance with Philippine gambling law.
11.2 If ph11t becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be suspended. 12.1 ph11t reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or platform operations. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
